Marilyn plays a key role in keeping Saxe Coburg’s operations running smoothly, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and ethical standards. With her NZQA Level 4 qualification in AML/CFT, she handles everything from client onboarding and due diligence to transaction checks and ongoing monitoring. She also helps ensure the team stays up to date with training and that the firm meets all FMA requirements.
For Marilyn, compliance isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about building trust. She takes care with every detail, from verifying banking information to maintaining clear and accurate records, so clients can feel confident in the security and transparency of their dealings with Saxe Coburg. As part of her role as a Personal Assistant, she also supports the team with financial documentation, quarterly reporting, and day-to-day operations, helping everything run efficiently behind the scenes.
When she’s not at work, Marilyn enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, walking along the beach with her dog, Monty and volunteer mentoring for Upside.
