Licence status and conditions
Mark Arthur Houghton (trading as Saxe Coburg Limited) FSP123784 is a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) and holds a licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) to provide financial advice services. Saxe Coburg is also licensed to provide a Discretionary Investment Management Services (DIMS).
Our complaints process
We are here to take care of your investments, so if you think we’ve failed in any way, you can trust that we will be committed to resolving the issue. We are always looking for ways to improve our service to you. If something has gone wrong, we want to know. You can call us on 09.4894890, or send mail to our postal address - P O Box 33-1119, Takapuna, Auckland 0740, or alternatively please send an email to mark@saxecoburg.co.nz and tell us what has happened and how we can resolve matters. If you have any documents or correspondence that will help us understand your complaint, please attach them to the email, or send via post.
When we receive your complaint, we will:
- acknowledge your complaint within 1-2 working days
- gather and evaluate information about your complaint
- respond to you within 20 working days
External complaints process
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). FSCL are an independent, not-for-profit, external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs. FSCL's service does not cost you anything and they will help investigate or resolve the complaint.
